We have been so impressed with our recent implementation of cloud computing solution that Knowall IT host and provide, the service and cloud computing support we have received has been excellent. We often read the blog posts to ensure we keep up to date with the latest in technology and Knowall Managed IT product offerings. I found this post of particular interest which we will be implemented soon in our company.
If you would like SwyxIt on your MAC this can be achieved, we have clients running this.
You will need to:
1. Configure your 2008 or 2012 server to deliver SwyxIt through Remote Apps using RDS 2008 or 2012 and connect the MAC client for Remote Desktop, as follows:
2. Download and configure the MAC Microsoft Remote Desktop 8.0.5 (download from Macupdate) for more detailed instructions, see http://www.knowall.net/cloud/remote-desktop-apps-on-your-mac-iphone-ipad
Then you can run your SwyxIt client in CTI mode to link to your SWYX handset.
If you wish to use a USB handset or headset, you will need to configure the Bria SIP client (or similar) and run SwyxIt in CTI+ mode to create the link between the SIP client and SwyxIt
